Request for use of facility
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SUBMIT A REQUEST.
Church events and activities will take priority over outside users of our facilities, therefore, approval for facility use will generally not be given more than 90 days in advance. Please check the availability of your requested room using the button below before completing the form.
We only allow the use of our facility to non-profit organizations. Submitting a request does not constitute authorization or a commitment by SFC for you to use our facility. You will be contacted by a member of our staff to discuss your request.
IMPORTANT:
YOUR REQUEST IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT YOUR REQUEST WAS RECEIVED. YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A CONFORMATION NO LATER THAN 72 HOURS AFTER YOU SUBMIT A REQUEST.
