2. Switch on Main Power at the media rack.
3. Wait approximately 30 seconds for full power up.
4. Power up MAC 1 and MAC 2 at the media rack.
5. Wait for MAC 1 and MAC 2 to display the login screens.
6. Log into MAC 1 (Sarafed123).
7. Open ATEM Software Control.
The application should connect to the ATEM Video Switcher
8. Log into MAC 2 (0000).
9. Open LightKey
a. Double click on the “Sanctuary Light 2025.09.19” project
Note: House lights will turn off and you may hear the switch gear power on, this is normal.
b. In the project, verify that all the switches are on. They should all look like they do in the image below. The line in the center of each box indicates that it is on. If it is an open circle it is off and will need to be turned on. See turning on switches in the trouble shooting section.
10. Open ProPresenter.
11. Go to the Work Lights presentation, top presentation with only one slide, and click on the slide. This will run the Work Lights macro that will turn on the light settings needed prior to “Walk In”.
12. Check the boxcast router. There should be a green light at the bottom lower left and right corners of the device. See the image below. The center light will go green when streaming.
13. All systems should now be powered up and ready to use.
